Installation:
1) Using the program IMG Tool 2.0, replace the models in the gta3.img file (located in the models folder) with those you want.
2) Using the program Collision File Editor, replace the entries in the vehicles.col file (located in the models > Coll folder) with the ones you want.
3) Replace the lines in the handling.cfg and default.ide files (located in the Data folder) with the ones listed in the readme.txt file.
