Installation:
Using the IMG Tool 2.0 program, replace the files “majestic.dff” and “majestic.txd” in the “gta3.img” file (located in the Models folder) with the corresponding ones from the archive. Then replace the entries in the “carcols.dat”, “handling.cfg”, and “vehicles.ide” files (located in the Data folder) with those specified in readme.txt.
