job converting it. He also made the damaged parts

The wheel size recomended is 0.79

The Recomended Carcol.dat mod is
Put this at the end of the standerd colours

255,255,255 # 95 newwhite white
245,0,0 # 96 newred red
255,200,0 # 97 newyellow yellow
0,0,192 # 98 newblue blue
0,0,100 # 99 newblue2 blue
110,0,0 # 100 0 newred2 red
255,117,5 # 101 1 neworange Orange

then replace the line of the stander colours for the car with
0,0, 95,95, 96,96, 97,97, 98,98, 99,99, 100,100, 101,101

You need to use the dmagic1 wheel mod for the wheeels to show, wich
you can get also at dTD in the gta3 files section.
