BETTER IDEAS MAKE BETTER CARS

 

Под таким лозунгом выпускался Mercury в 71-72 годах. Линейка тех годов насчитывала 5 различных моделей и множество их модификаций. Вот один из них. Это недорогой, но комфортный '72 Mercury Monterey 2dr, оснащенный двигателем 351CID (5,75л). На создание этой моделей ушел ровно год. Теперь и вы можете прокатиться на нем в любимой игре.

Download '72 Mercury Monterey 2dr for VC

Hi, I just finish to try the car and i have recurrents crashs when using it.

 

Crashs happens when i drive or cross the car. It's really fast.

 

Note :

I apply .col, .dff, .txd, the recommended handling, carcols, défaut.ide

 

After the crash, i try to replace the .dff and the .txd (only changes) by :

- the LTD coupé 75' (factory) - crash when i get out of the car

- the pinto 73 from SPC - no crash

- the Chevy caprice 73 from SPC - no crash

- BMW Alpina B12 - no crash

- Ponctiac Trans Am 77 convert by Venik - no crash

- the LTD coupé 75' (factory) - crash when i drive the car

 

Conclusion :

- .col,

- handling,

- carcols,

- défaut.ide,

Looks OK.

 

I'm playing in 1024x768x16b

Config :

Althon 2500+

Nivdia 6600 GT (128mo)

1024 RAM

Maybe my PC isn't enough powerfull

 

Am I alone to have crash with this car ?

 

Except this "little" problem, your car looks great

You're first who told me about problems with my models. Do You mean this car: http://www.factory.gta.com.ua/file_details.phtml?id=85 ?

All my cars was tested before release and testers weren't find any problems. Try another handling and defaut.ide first. If this won't help, try other .col.

Yep, i download the car in the "Factory".

 

As you advise me, I try another .col and handling and I download for a second time the car (in case of error during the first download) :

- with defaut settings, crash happen after 15s to 3min.

- handlings with "high level suspension" works better except for the look - 1 crash, but after 30min play

- the Defaut Voodoo.col work quite good and approach the real dimensions of the car.

- Wheels looks very distant of the body by defaut and need drastic adjustment in handling. I think to the (V) fSuspensionForceLevel very low (0.65). If you look on defaut VC handling the lower valor is 0.8 (for the cuban and hermes).

 

Nota about my VC version :

- Only 7 cars installed, no other mod (re-installation of Vice City has 1 week)

- Steam version.

 

After several tests (4 or 5 hours), i'm not sure about the cause of the problem

 

Some freeze time, let me think that's probably my PC, but some rapid crash looks stranges (incompatibility with another car ?!).

 

I will try new things tomorrow.

УРАААААА!!! Адекватная замена вуду!!!! Сцусь кипятком от счастья! :yahoo:

 

Теперь практически все авто в вайсе заменены прототипами из жизни! Осталась только бмв.....

 

А почему при инсталее манану заменяет? Этож на 103 процента вуду!

 

ЗЫ мне нравится тенденция с "потрепанностью" машин. Выглядит реалистичнее чем "новый и блестящий вариант" в конце концов тачки не 5 км проехали!

 

ЗЗЫ Ктобы что не говорил а в вайс сити тачки выглядят лучше чем в са! Более ярко сочно.... а в са (без енб, енб не у всех идет) Както матово и серо......

дайте программу которая сразу устанавливает все машины.например я скачал архив со стандартными машинами по одной через img tool долго придется

Увы вам. Можно через GGMM устанавливать. чуть проще... или мод инсталлер
