When Does Snow Appear in GTA Online?

0Snow falls in GTA Online during the Christmas and New Year holidays. It covers almost all possible surfaces, including roads (which makes driving more difficult) and even Collectibles, but it does not affect NPCs or vehicles.
While it is snowing, unique content and special features become available, including the ability to throw Snowballs and destroy Snowmen.
Snow appears during specific weeks chosen by the developers: • 2013 • 2014 • 2015 • 2016 • 2016-2017 • 2017 (one, two) • 2017-2018 • 2018 • 2018-2019 • 2019 • 2019-2020 • April 1, 2020 • 2020 • 2021 • 52/2022 • 01/2023 • 02/2023 • 52/2023 • 01/2024 • 52/2024 • 49-50/2025. All such periods are announced in the news section.
However, if it starts snowing on a regular day, it means cheaters are at work, and it is better to switch sessions.
