Where Can You Bet on Horse Races in GTA: San Andreas?

In GTA: SA, there are two betting shops where you can place bets on horse races. They are marked on the map below: in Downtown Los Santos under the freeway interchange — with a mouse cursor, and in Montgomery in the countryside — with a red marker.
