0The Chips Casino in GTA: Carcer City is located in the Central district on the second island of Carcer City, in the state of Dolmen.
The casino was brought into the global mod from Manhunt 1, the game whose world served as the foundation for the city itself.
Players can enter the casino. Inside, music is playing, and there are Sprunk vending machines, Slot Machines, as well as Blackjack and Roulette tables. However, there are no staff members or patrons inside, and the Gambling features themselves are not functional.
At the moment, nothing is known about the casino’s role in the storyline.
All of this applies to the demo version of the mod. It is possible that the casino and its significance will be explored further in the final release.
