0The message "You have been banned from Grand Theft Auto Online permanently. Return to Grand Theft Auto V." may appear if you have used cheats and violated the rules, or by mistake.
In the first case, there’s nothing you can do about the ban, even if someone else was playing. Appeals will not help, and access to GTA Online will be denied. Only the story mode of GTA V will be available. The only solution in this situation is to create new gaming profiles (in Rockstar Games and digital stores — this is critically important!) and buy a copy of the game again.
In the second case, you should contact the company's technical support in the relevant section, describe the issue, and attach a screenshot. Then, you will have to wait.
