Mafia: The Old Country — Limited Edition is a special version of the game available for pre-order in June 2025 and will be available exclusively in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland (price varies depending on the country). You can only purchase it from select local digital stores:

smarty.cz (PS5, Xbox Series X),
jrc.cz (PS5, Xbox Series X),
alza.cz (PS5, Xbox Series X),
xzone.cz (PS5, Xbox Series X),
gamefinity.pl (PS5).

Players from other regions will need to find someone in these Central European countries who can order, pay for, receive, and forward the product to them.

Inside the Mafia: The Old Country — Limited Edition, players will find a copy of the game, a steelbook, and a 1,000-piece puzzle featuring a screenshot.
