The Diamond Strike Vest is a rare reward in GTA Online, available only during specific events:

• 46/2022 — awarded for completing the Diamond Casino Heist;
• 45/2025 — awarded for completing the Weekly Challenge (finish The Diamond Casino Heist two times).

Once unlocked, you can find it in your wardrobe or at clothing stores under Tops → Utility Vests.
