Atmosphere Vehicles Pack “Phoenix” is a global modification that replaces all vehicles in GTA: Vice City.
The highest quality models have been selected, each of which has been checked for errors, corrected, refined, scaled according to gaming standards (110%) and adapted for various plugins.
The pack includes the most famous and iconic models. On the roads, you’ll encounter both representatives of American classics and luxurious European stallions.
This modification is exclusive to GTA.com.ua.

Installation:
1) Install Vice Cry Reborn on clear GTA: Vice City.
2) Copy the AVP Phoenix folder to the root of the game directory.
