Moon Wakes Up for GTA: Vice City — is a combination of the Moon Bang mod and textures taken from a video series called Moon Wakes Up.

To achieve the desired effect, shoot the moon with a sniper rifle.

Copy the models folder and the moonbang.asi file from the archive into your game directory.
