OpenIV is a multi-purpose editor and archive manager for the PC versions of Grand Theft Auto V, Grand Theft Auto IV, and Episodes from Liberty City. OpenIV is a comprehensive editor that includes:

• IMG and RPF archive manager;
• WTD texture editor;
• 3D model viewer (WDR, WDD, WFT files);
• Collision boundaries viewer (WBN, WBD files);
• Audio player for GTA IV/EfLC audio files (/pc/audio/sfx);
• Built-in SCO script decompiler (you can view formatted script code);
• Import/Export of openFormats files to work with GTA IV/EfLC resources in 3D editors (such as 3Ds Max);
• Built-in viewer for most simple GTA files, such as .DAT, .IDE, .WPL, .IPL, etc.;
• Convenient global search across all game archives;

New in version 2.6.4:

• Added audio file editor;

Installation:
Run the file "ovisetup.exe" and follow further instructions.
