1. Using the program OpenIV open the path to the game directory - Grand Theft Auto V > update > update > update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday9ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5.
2. Enable edit mode and open the vehicles.rpf archive.
3. Replace the files from the game archive with similar files from the folder.
4. Replace the tuning files at:
update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday9ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > patchday9ng > vehiclemods > sultanrs_mods.rpf
5. Make a "Rebuild" of the game archive and close the program.
