With this mod you will be able to buy different real estate in the single player game. There are 47 apartments available for purchase. Also next to the apartments you will have your own garage where you can put your cars. To open the additional menu press F6.

Installation:

1. Install the Script Hook V mod;
2. Install the asi plugin Script Hook V .NET;
3. Install the NativeUI Mod;
4. Copy the files from the archive with the mod to the folder "Scripts", which is located in the folder with the installed game;
5. Open the folder "Scripts", then open the subfolder "SinglePlayerApartment" and run the program "SPA_Tool.exe". In the items "Always Enable Online Maps" and "Never Enable Online Maps" select the value "True".
