A one-of-a-kind program that is designed to easily install new vehicle models into the game. This marvel has a built-in 3D view window, with the help of which you can view your chosen car from any angle. The program also has an editor of car parameters. With it you can adjust the maximum speed, weight, drive, color of your chosen vehicle.

Suitable for both GTA: Sand Andreas, and for Vice City and GTA 3.

Installation:
Move the files to the game folder (where gta3.exe, gta-vc.exe or gta_sa.exe files are).
