0To enter a cheat code in GTA 4, bring up the cellphone (press “Up”) and go to the dial pad.
Then, dial any of the numbers listed below. Cheat codes for The Ballad of Gay Tony and The Lost And Damned can be found here.
If the code is entered correctly, a new "Cheats" tab will appear under the "Settings" menu. These work for PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3 (PS3).

After entering some cheat codes, you won't be able to achieve 100% completion in GTA 4. So don’t save the game after using cheats!
