Changes in GTA Online: Increased Payouts, Price Changes, and Vehicle Sales

In GTA Online, the changes announced last week have now gone live.

Increased Payouts

Several activities will receive permanent payout boosts:

• 2× GTA$ payouts for:
  • Special Vehicle Work;
  • Mobile Operations Missions;
  • Casino Story Missions;
  • Casino Work (via phone).
• 1.5× GTA$ payouts for:
  • Standard Bail Office Targets;
  • Most Wanted Bail Office Targets;
  • A Superyacht Life;
  • Project Overthrow Missions.

Vehicle Sales

The developers have changed the conditions for selling personal vehicles in order to make life harder for players abusing duplication glitches.

• The maximum sale value of a vehicle is now capped at GTA$ 500,000.
• The resale value of vehicle modifications has been reduced from 50% to 10%.
• The payout structure is now as follows:
  • first vehicle — 100% resale value;
  • second vehicle — 50%;
  • third vehicle — 10% (previously 20%);
  • fourth vehicle — 5%;
  • fifth and subsequent vehicles — 2.5% (previously 5%).
• This system now resets after 7 days instead of 18 hours.
