Preloading the Enhanced Version of GTA 5 for PC

On Thursday, developers enabled preloading of the updated PC version of GTA 5. You can find it under the name Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced and download it from the game library in the Rockstar Games Launcher (91.53 gigabytes) or on Steam (91.69 GB). Currently, it is not available in the Epic Games Store. It is possible that it will appear there directly on the upgrade’s release day, Tuesday, March 4th.

Additionally, it is now possible to transfer your save file from Legacy to Enhanced in story mode. This can only be done between PC versions and with just one save. After the transfer, progress will not sync further, and you cannot revert the save to the old built.
