With the opening of the luxurious casino in GTA Online, players who want to stay inside and have everything at hand can purchase a Casino Master Penthouse — a suite that offers everything you might need.

General Information

Available:
  • after the release of The Diamond Casino & Resort DLC on July 23, 2019, and after watching the intro cutscene during your first casino visit;
  • to all players of any level.
Unlocks: Price: from GTA$ 1,500,000 to 6,533,500 (depends on renovations and rooms).
Garage: 10 slots, but not included in the base version — costs an additional 900,000 GTA$.
Where is Master Penthouse located? The casino is located at the intersection of Vinewood Park Drive and Mirror Park Boulevard in East Vinewood. On the map and radar, it is marked with an icon.

Can you sell the Master Penthouse? No, once purchased, it cannot be sold or traded.
Can you get Master Penthouse for free? Yes, but only during limited-time promotions and only the base version:
  • from July 1 to July 19, 2019 — for Twitch Prime subscribers as part of a partnership program;
  • 45/2025 — for all players.
Pro Tip: set the Casino Penthouse as your Spawn Location (Interaction Menu → Preferences → Spawn Location → Casino Penthouse) to remember to spin The Lucky Wheel daily.

Purchase, Renovation, and Prices

You can purchase a penthouse on the website thediamondcasinoandresort.com via the in-game Internet (located in the Money and Services category and among the icons on the main page) in the Penthouses section by choosing one of several options. They differ in renovations and the number of available rooms, but any of them can be customized to your taste.

Daily Fee

However, the millions spent upfront are not the only expense. The Daily Fee increases by GTA$ 300 after purchase, plus GTA$ 25 for each additional room. In total, a fully upgraded penthouse will cost GTA$ 500 per day.

Previously, before The Contract DLC, the total could reach GTA$ 1,350 — 500 for the Base + 100 per room + 50 for the Mechanic (now included).

VIP Membership

Purchasing a Penthouse is the only way to obtain VIP Membership at the Casino, which grants access to exclusive areas and services unavailable with standard Membership.

After purchase, you receive 5,000 chips, which can be used for gambling, in the Store, or exchanged for cash.

Base Penthouse

This is the starting configuration, providing access to several rooms and services.

Entry/Exit

You can enter the Penthouse in four ways: through the main Casino entrance, from the main floor, from the Rooftop Terrace, and from the Roof itself.

The entrance door leads directly to the Elevator, which allows you to go to the: building Exit; Casino floor; Penthouse Garage; Parking Garage; Music Locker nightclub; Roof.

Available exit points from the Penthouse.

Entrance Hall

Two connected rooms with a door to the Elevator, access to the Rooftop Terrace, and a table with a phone.

Phone Services

In the second room, there is a phone that allows you to contact reception (press E on the keyboard or the Right D-pad on the controller) and order services.

Ordering services in the Penthouse.

  • Champagne Service to the Penthouse. After delivery, the bottle will be added to your Inventory. Free of charge.

The bedroom provides a standard set of actions: lie on the bed, sit on the couch, watch TV. In the Bathroom, you can take a shower, and there is also a TV installed in the toilet. All three screens (in the Living Room, Master Bedroom, and Bathroom) are synchronized.

Additional Rooms

All other areas become available only after purchase for an additional fee, after which the maintenance cost increases.

Garage

Price: GTA$ 900,000
Capacity: 10 vehicles

The Casino garage, costing nearly a million, differs from standard 10-car Garages only in its interior design, not in functionality. The entrance gates are located on the side facing the open-air parking lot.

Extra Bedroom

Price: GTA$ 200,000

Another bedroom includes two beds, a bathroom (but no TV in the toilet), a bottle of vodka, and a Wardrobe that can also be used by other players

Lounge Area

Price: GTA$ 400,000

Purchasing this spacious room is required to access all other areas listed below. The Lounge itself includes a small kitchen, a seating area with a comfortable sofa, a separate room with a table and chairs, and places where you can drink rum, whiskey, and green juice.

Media Room

Price: GTA$ 500,000

For half a million, you unlock a home theater where you can comfortably watch TV shows and movies on a large screen, and also play the arcade mini-game Don’t Cross the Line with two, three, or four players.

Media Room.

Bar and Party Hub

Price: GTA$ 700,000

The largest room in the penthouse, where drinks are served (beer, vodka, and whiskey are free; champagne costs money; you can pour whiskey yourself at one of the tables), and arcade machines allow you to play Invade and Persuade II and Street Crimes: Gang Wars Edition.

Guests (NPCs) come here after organizing a Members Party. They will socialize and drink. You can also invite other players. During this time, there will be two bartenders at the bar, and the radio cannot be used. The party will not end even if you leave the Penthouse or switch characters — to get rid of the guests, you need to exit the game. Afterward, the room will be left messy with puddles and trash. All of this can be cleaned up by ordering the Cleaning Service.

Spa

Price: GTA$ 600,000

A small salon featuring a hot tub and a stylist who provides services for free: basic Hairstyles, Eyebrows, and Makeup (Blusher, Eye, Lipstick). However, Contacts, Face Paints, and Hairstyles added in updates must still be purchased in Barbershops.

Spa.

Private Dealer

Price: GTA$ 1,065,000

You can install a table for playing Blackjack or 3-Card Poker (your choice), operated by a Private Dealer. The table felt can be changed after purchasing a new one in the Store. A special deck of cards is unlocked after collecting all 54 Playing Cards.

In addition to expensive Decorations, there are free ones (plants, stacks of books) and unique ones (a deck of cards — for collecting 54 Playing Cards; eight figures — for collecting 100 Action Figures; nine plush toys — from the Shiny Wasabi Kitty Claw machine).

Rewards

Immediately after purchasing the Casino Penthouse, players receive the following rewards:
