Summer LSPD Officer Outfit (there’s also a winter version) was added to GTA Online with the Neighborhood Watch Event. It’s available for a limited time through the following activity:

week 35/2025 — completing the Weekly Challenge (finish three Dispatch Work missions).

In your wardrobe and clothing stores, it appears in Outfits: Law Enforcement.

This uniform, like many others tied to police and law enforcement, originally came from the unreleased Cops and Crooks DLC. Developers have gradually added parts of that content into the game over time.

NPCs wearing the Summer LSPD Officer Outfit look a bit more detailed: their outfits include a belt holster for a pistol, and some even have sleeve chevrons.
