You can obtain the Vibrant Check Smoking Jacket in GTA Online only during select bonus weeks:

• December 2017 — awarded for logging into the game;
• 46/2025 — earned by completing the Weekly Challenge (finish three A Superyacht Life Missions).

Once unlocked, you can find the jacket in your wardrobe or at any clothing store under Tops → Loungewear.
