Installation:
Using the IMG Tool 2.0 program, replace the files "cement.dff" and "cement.txd" in the file "gta3.img" (it is located in the Models folder) with similar files from the archive. Then replace the lines in the files "carcols.dat", "handling.cfg" and "vehicles.ide" (they are located in the Data folder) to those prescribed in the readme.txt.
