Developers Of Scarface: The World Is Yours And The Simpsons: Hit & Run Return

15Yesterday, the official website of Radical Entertainment — known since last spring as New Radical Games — was updated. The main focus is on the studio’s vast experience (nearly 35 years in the business) and its extensive portfolio. The team offers a wide range of services: full video game development for consoles and mobile platforms, as well as porting and remastering.
This immediately got fans wondering whether the Canadian studio might be working on updated versions of its well-known hits. Among them are not only GTA clones like Scarface: The World Is Yours and The Simpsons: Hit & Run, but also other fan favorites: the Prototype duology, several Crash Bandicoot spin-offs, and few games featuring Hulk. All of them are prominently showcased on the revamped website.
Some users also noticed that the site features artwork from The Simpsons that wasn’t used when the game launched over 20 years ago. However, the illustration itself isn’t new — it’s at least several years old. All in all, there’s unfortunately little reason to expect remasters, remakes, or even digital re-releases of the aforementioned classics. Most likely, the developers are simply highlighting their past projects for promotional purposes. Still, it would be nice to be wrong…
