Additionally, a clarification: this was the second professional fight in Roehrig’s career. His first fight took place on December 24 — marking Rockstar Games’ official debut in boxing. Meanwhile, earlier the athletes jokingly mentioned that Lucas might appear in GTA 6 — or more likely, in the seventh installment.
Throughout its history, Rockstar Games has sponsored the Red Hook Crit cycling race, which took place from 2008 to 2018, and has support the Viken Motorsport team. Three months ago, the company took an interest in a young boxer from London named Lucas Roehrig and his champion coach George Groves. On October 29, 2024, Rockstar Games published a promotional video of the athlete on Instagram.
Tonight, at around 8 PM UTC, the young cruiserweight talent (a boxing weight class between light heavyweight and heavyweight) will have his debut fight against Miloslav Savic. The match will be broadcast on Sky Sports Boxing (UK) and Peacock (USA).
