The creators of GTA and RDR have summarized their 2024 results on HackerOne. Over the year, they received 36 reports from 21 specialists and paid out nearly $17,000 in total. The relatively low total payout is due to the fact that most reports were of low or medium priority, which do not pay as much — typically ranging from $150 to $1,000 per report. The maximum reward for a critical vulnerability is $25,000.
One of the three most active hackers was @Floorball__, who also frequently shares inactive content from GTA Online.
