On Friday, following the announcement of the delay of GTA 6 to May 26, 2026, fans began to wonder why the developers hadn’t updated the release year on the official website and social media. It turns out, they were saving a lot for today. Along with the second trailer, the developers revealed numerous screenshots, illustrations, and shared details about the characters, story, and game world.
Stylistically, Trailer 2 (captured on PS5) stands out significantly from Rockstar Games’ previous showcases and looks far more impressive than the first. This time, the focus shifts from Lucia Caminos to Jason Duval (this marks the first official confirmation not only of the protagonists’ surnames but also Jason’s name), although the trailer mostly highlights the couple’s relationship. The guy waits for the girl to be released from prison, and then they’re seen relaxing, having fun, and, of course, taking part in heists together. A detailed breakdown, similar to the one from December 2023, will be published separately. Songs:
The guide highlights several cities and places across the sunny state of Leonida.
The text is richly accompanied by nearly a hundred images. Adding them all in one place is impossible, so check them out on dedicated pages: the first 70 screenshots, over 20 new wallpapers and artworks in multiple formats. Additionally, you can also download GTA 6 Trailer 2.

- Jay Ferguson — Thunder Island
- Zenglen & 5 Etwel — Child Support
- Wang Chung — Everybody Have Fun Tonight
- Tammy Wynette — Talkin’ To Myself Again
- Joan Jett & the Blackhearts — I Love Rock ’n’ Roll
- The Pointer Sisters — Hot Together
- Jason Duval grew up around grifters and crooks, served in the Army, then settled in Leonida Keys, started working for local drug dealers, and — “the best or worst thing that ever happened to him” — met Lucia.
- Lucia Caminos came to Leonida from Liberty City in search of a better life for her family but ended up behind bars. Right after getting out, she started planning something big.
- Brian Heder is a seasoned drug dealer who employs Jason. He lets Jason live in one of his houses in exchange for collecting debts from local businesses. Lori is his third wife.
- Cal Hampton is Jason’s friend and Brian’s partner, who loves chilling on the coast with a bottle of beer and several tabs open in his browser’s private mode.
- Boobie Ike managed to turn his drug business legit, investing in real estate, the Jack of Hearts strip club, and the Only Raw Records music studio — but he’s still up to some shady activities.
- Dre’Quan Priest was once a street dealer, now a music entrepreneur scouting talent for Boobie’s venue and collaborating with him at the studio.
- Real Dimez, a duo made up of Bae-Luxe and Roxy, are wild creatives who challenge norms through their art and behavior. After recording a track with rapper DWNPLY, they hit new heights, and five years later, got signed by Dre’Quan — now they’re aiming for a comeback.
- Raul Bautista is a professional bank robber, known for bold heists and constantly on the lookout for new partners in crime.
- Confirmed Vice City locations include Ocean Beach, Little Cuba, the Tisha-Wocka flea market, and VC Port.
- Leonida Keys — an archipelago not far from the metropolis. Here, simplicity outweighs glitz, and the surrounding waters are as beautiful as they are dangerous.
- The southern swamplands, teeming with alligators and wildlife, are known as Grassrivers.
- Mount Kalaga National Park, in the north, is perfect not only for hunting, fishing, kayaking, and off-road racing, but also serves as a haven for country folk and local radicals.
- Once a popular destination, Port Gellhorn no longer attracts tourists. What’s left are cheap motels, shut-down attractions, and empty strip malls.
- Located in the heart of the state, Ambrosia offers work at the Allied Crystal sugar refinery or the option to join one of the city’s gangs.
