Tomorrow at 9:00 AM UTC, a new DLC for
GTA Online titled Money Fronts (
press release) will be released. Since yesterday, console players have been able to pre-load the update:
- PS5 — 3.023 GB;
- Xbox Series X/S — 4.66 GB;
- Xbox One — 3.59 GB.
Interestingly, this feature is no longer available on PS4 (and it never existed on PC to begin with).
Last time, it was the this version that led to an early leak of the update details. However, this precaution didn’t help much — the new content has already been widely discussed online for a full day. If desired, one can find a list and screenshots of the new vehicles (around 15 of them), business-related info, and even videos of cutscenes, missions, and more. The
user who shared all of this even managed to start a YouTube stream, but it was quickly taken down. Apparently, to preserve the surprise for players, the developers might have to abandon preloading altogether.
