0The day after tomorrow (or today, for those who pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition), on June 26, Death Stranding 2: On the Beach will be released. Isn’t it odd that this anticipated PS5 exclusive is launching in summer, while the first game debuted in the fall? Not really — especially considering the release date was announced back in early March, even before the news broke that GTA 6 would be delayed from this fall to next spring.
The game’s creator, Hideo Kojima — who years ago expressed his admiration for GTA 5 — said in his own radio show in May that he originally planned to release DS2 in September.
