On the official PlayStation YouTube channel, another trailer for Mafia: The Old Country has been published, blending both previously shown and never-before-seen gameplay footage. Captured on PS5 Pro, it suggests that the game may run at a solid 60 fps on this console.

• Rooftop chases, horseback and car pursuits — all are present in the prequel, though limited to specific missions.
• In the city square, there’s a building that can also be spotted in the prologue of Mafia 2.
• Enzo has a special vision ability that lets him see all nearby enemies in a white-grey tone. A similar mechanic appeared in Mafia 3.

Meanwhile, IGN spoke with two key figures from Hangar 13 — studio president Nick Baynes and game director Alex Cox. However, in nearly half an hour of conversation, they provided no concrete details. Even when asked about the estimated playtime, they gave no specific answer, only comparing the scale of the new title to that of the first two games.
