Fresh GTA 6 News Just Around the Corner?

In few hours it will be exactly 500 days since we first watched the trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI. Since then, the developers haven’t shared any official updates about GTA 6. But that could soon change.
It’s one of two things. Either the planned fall release is still on track — which would mean the marketing campaign should kick off any moment now. That said, even a campaign launch doesn't guarantee anything. Delays can still happen. Still, we hope Rockstar Games has learned a lesson from the botched start of GTA 5 promo. The game was initially set for spring 2013, and they even started printing promotional materials, only to push everything back to September.
Or an announcement of a delay is just around the corner — and might even drop within the next month. Here’s why: in just four weeks, May 15th at 4:30 PM Eastern Time, Take-Two will present its next quarterly financial report. If the long-awaited game needs more time, that’s when investors should be informed. In fact, we might find out a little earlier, as Rockstars often make major announcements right before these kinds of events. If no delay is mentioned, the chances that we’ll see GTA VI in about six months — with a scorching hot summer of hype ahead — increase dramatically.
