The GTA 6 Parody Game Reincarnated on Steam

Remember the GTA 6 parody removed from the PlayStation Store? Well, it seems it still has a chance. A Steam page has appeared for Grand Taking Ages, a simulator of a game studio that keeps postponing the release of its new project, citing the most absurd reasons. In the game, players will be tasked with doing everything except, apparently, actually releasing video games.

The developers have toned down the over-the-top absurdity that got the console version banned but made headlines, instead settling for a less extreme level of parody. They removed the number from the title, eliminated references to Grand Theft Auto VI, got rid of fake reviews, and added more screenshots. Now, it genuinely looks like a standalone game set for release in July — unless, of course, the creators make it recursion.
