Steven Ogg Wants Trevor Back in GTA 6 for One Reason

In a recent interview, Steven Ogg, who played Trevor in GTA 5, shared his idea of his character’s involvement in GTA 6:

I wish it would be fun if Trevor appeared in it just to be killed at the beginning. I think that would be cool, because it also acknowledges the fans of like, “Hey, thank you”. Pass the torch, stomp Trevor’s head in, and sort of put an end to that and allow a new generation to take over.

At the same time, the actor stated that he has not participated in recording material for Grand Theft Auto VI.

The return of main characters from previous games is a frequently discussed topic. However, such a plot twist seems unlikely, as a similar idea was already used at the beginning of GTA 5, where Trevor killed Johnny Klebitz, the protagonist of GTA 4: The Lost and Damned. Steven is most likely unfamiliar with the franchise lore to know this.
